All Earth Pulse data is published under CC BY 4.0 and freely downloadable via the Data Explorer at earth-pulse.org/data.html. For direct Supabase API access, bulk CSV exports, or specific dataset requests (ERA5 climate history, BirdNET detections, soundscape NDSI), use the contact form.

What datasets does Earth Pulse have available?

Earth Pulse has: hourly air quality (EU AQI, India AQI, PM2.5, PM10, NO2, ozone, CO, SO2, ammonia) from January 2022; hyperlocal weather (Weather Union ZWL008983) since October 2025; ERA5 climate reanalysis from 1980; BirdNET acoustic bird detections with confidence scores from two nodes; NDSI soundscape index from May 2026; Baner Hill plant database; and NDVI satellite vegetation data (Landsat 1990+, Sentinel-2 2023+).

How do I host or sponsor an Earth Pulse node?

Weather source Weather Union ZWL008983 — physical AWS 2 km from site, every 15 min since Oct 2025. Open-Meteo ECMWF from Jan 2022 as baseline

Bird detection BirdNET v2.4, Cornell Lab of Ornithology — 15% confidence threshold, continuous inference on two Raspberry Pi nodes at 18.5526°N 73.7819°E
